Send me a text message with your quick scheduling questions between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. I am entirely away from my business phone outside of those hours, but during the day, texting is typically the easiest way for me to reply quickly between treatments.
A quick note on privacy: Standard texting isn't fully secure under HIPAA guidelines, so please don't text specific or sensitive personal health details. We can save the deep dive into your medical history for our private intake session. What to expect when you reach out
When we connect, here is exactly how our conversation will go:
We'll talk about where you are: We'll look at your current symptoms and briefly chat about what you’ve already tried.
I'll listen to your situation: I'll ask a few targeted questions to make sure I fully understand what you’re dealing with.
You'll get radical honesty: I will tell you one of two things. Either "Yes, I believe these treatments can help you," or "I don't think I'm the right fit for this, and I think you'd be better served by a referral to a different specialist."
No pressure next steps: If we both feel it's a great fit and you want to move forward, we will look at the calendar and schedule your initial intake and first treatment. If you need time to think about it, that is completely fine, too.
